§  Booking Policy: A deposit, the equivalent of one night’s stay is required at the time of booking, the balance is due at check-in. VISA and MasterCard accepted.

§  Cancellation Policy: A full refund less a $20 administration fee will be issued for cancellations made 4 days prior to booked arrival date. Refunds on cancellations made within the 14 day period will be subject to re-booking of room

§  Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 pm, check-out is 10am. Early or late check-in/out may be arranged depending on room availability. Please let us know if you plan on arriving later than 9:00 P.M., we tend to worry.

§  Smoking: The Graham Inn is a non-smoking establishment. Guests who smoke are welcome to do so in any of our outside sitting areas.
