Minimum stays:

To receive our Best Available Rate at any time of year, we recommend booking directly with us via our website, or over the phone. While we typically require 5-night minimum stays during the “peak summer season” or during local special events, we’ll occasionally make exceptions. Call us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your travel schedule!

To confirm booking

To reserve your booking, we will need 25% advance of the total booking amount and the balance shall be payable 21 days prior to arrival or as stated at the time of your booking.

Cancellations

Every reservation we receive is important and special to us. We’re committed to making your stay with us memorable in every way and take great care in preparing for your arrival.

While we understand that life isn’t always predictable and that plans change, we do request that you contact us no less than

No cancellation fee would be charged if booking is cancelled atleast 60 days in advance of arrival date.

21 days to 59 days before arrival or earlier. At that time 70% of prepayments shall be refunded

14 days to 20 days before arrival. At that time 50% of prepayments shall be refunded

Any reservation updates and/or cancellations received less than above mentioned time prior to your check-in date will result in the loss of your payment.

Arrival & Check-out Times

Check-in –We look forward to greeting you after 4 PM on the day of your arrival.

Check-out – no later than 10:00 AM.

If you are unable to arrive during our standard check-in time, please be sure to contact us ahead of time so that we can make other arrangements. During the months of May through October, we will do our best to accommodate early check-in/late departures; however, we may not always be able to do so

Smoking

The Graham Inn home, pool area, patio and gardens are smoke-free.  Guests may use the private parking lot as the designated smoking area.  A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed should a guest choose to smoke in non-smoking areas.

Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at The Graham Inn. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally, identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation.
We sometimes use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A “cookie” is a small file that gets placed on your hard drive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose to.
Security
At The Graham Inn, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation, we use every precaution to safeguard it online and offline.

The Graham Inn may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers. The Graham Inn
The Graham Inn is committed to maintaining the safety, security, and integrity of our property for all guests. To help ensure our standards are upheld and policies are followed, security cameras are used throughout the property. This policy outlines the placement of cameras, access to camera footage, appropriate use, retention of footage, and protection of guest privacy.
 
By staying at The Graham Inn, guests consent to video surveillance in accordance with this policy.
I. Location of Security Cameras
Security cameras are installed in select interior and exterior locations as determined by management to support safety and property maintenance. Cameras will not be placed in areas where individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy (e.g., restrooms, guest rooms, nursing rooms, etc.).
 
Currently, the property is monitored by six cameras located in the following areas:
 
  1. Driveway, overlooking the front lawns
  2. Main entry into The Graham Inn
  3. Pool area
  4. Two cameras monitoring the back lawns
  5. Event pavilion
These cameras are in place strictly for the safety of our guests and the protection of our property. We ask all guests to respect The Graham Inn’s policies and not to touch, disconnect, or tamper with any camera equipment. Any tampering will result in a $100 fine per camera, per incident.
II. Access to Footage
Management will have 24/7 access to live and recorded security footage.
 
Law enforcement officials may be granted access to live or recorded footage in the following circumstances:
 
  • In response to a subpoena or court order
  • When legally required
  • In situations involving imminent threats to public health or safety
Note: The Graham Inn does not routinely monitor live or recorded footage.
III. Use of Footage
Security footage is used exclusively for the following purposes:
 
  • Enforcing Graham Inn policies
  • Investigating incidents on the property
  • Ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property
Only management and designated personnel may use or review security footage for these purposes. Unauthorized use or sharing of footage is strictly prohibited.

Every reservation we receive is important and special to us. We’re committed to making your stay with us memorable in every way and take great care in preparing for your arrival.

Season time (June to October): 21 days prior to your check-in date to notify us of any change in your schedule. At that time, 90% of your advance booking will be returned.

Off Season time (November to May): 14 days prior to your check-in date to notify us of any change in your schedule. At that time,  90% of your advance booking will be returned.

No cancellation fee would be charged if booking is cancelled atleast 60 days in advance of arrival date.

We adore children and happily welcome kids of all ages! Our young guests love the outdoor play area, and the indoor pool.

We also adore all animals; however, we understand that many of our guests may have pet allergies.

Since the comfort of all our guests is important, we are unable to accommodate guests’ pets. Disability and emotional support pets are most welcome to contact us to book a room and check availability.
