Minimum stays:
To receive our Best Available Rate at any time of year, we recommend booking directly with us via our website, or over the phone. While we typically require 5-night minimum stays during the “peak summer season” or during local special events, we’ll occasionally make exceptions. Call us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your travel schedule!
To confirm booking
To reserve your booking, we will need 25% advance of the total booking amount and the balance shall be payable 21 days prior to arrival or as stated at the time of your booking.
Cancellations
Every reservation we receive is important and special to us. We’re committed to making your stay with us memorable in every way and take great care in preparing for your arrival.

While we understand that life isn’t always predictable and that plans change, we do request that you contact us no less than
No cancellation fee would be charged if booking is cancelled atleast 60 days in advance of arrival date.
21 days to 59 days before arrival or earlier. At that time 70% of prepayments shall be refunded
14 days to 20 days before arrival. At that time 50% of prepayments shall be refunded
Any reservation updates and/or cancellations received less than above mentioned time prior to your check-in date will result in the loss of your payment.

Arrival & Check-out Times
Check-in –We look forward to greeting you after 4 PM on the day of your arrival.
Check-out – no later than 10:00 AM.
If you are unable to arrive during our standard check-in time, please be sure to contact us ahead of time so that we can make other arrangements. During the months of May through October, we will do our best to accommodate early check-in/late departures; however, we may not always be able to do so
Smoking
The Graham Inn home, pool area, patio and gardens are smoke-free. Guests may use the private parking lot as the designated smoking area. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed should a guest choose to smoke in non-smoking areas.
Children
We adore children and happily welcome kiddos of all ages!
Pets
We also adore all animals however, we understand that many of our guests may have pet allergies and to ensure the comfort of all our guests, we are unable to accommodate guests’ pets. Except for a bonafide certified service animal as defined under the PEI Guide Dog and Service Dog Act and the Human Rights Act, no pets are permitted in or about the house at any time, even temporarily, without the express prior written consent of the Owner.
Parking
We offer convenient and private parking for 10 cars on our property.
Exclusivity
Rooms and house use are for registered guests of The Graham Inn only.
For the benefit and security of the guest, staff, animals and the property, the management retains the right to refuse entry or ask person/s to leave for any reason deemed necessary. By entering Graham Inn, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the premises. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Policy Modifications
The Graham Inn may amend these policies from time to time to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers. Season time (June to October): 21 days prior to your check-in date to notify us of any change in your schedule. At that time, 90% of your advance booking will be returned.
Off Season time (November to May): 14 days prior to your check-in date to notify us of any change in your schedule. At that time, 90% of your advance booking will be returned.
No cancellation fee would be charged if booking is cancelled atleast 60 days in advance of arrival date.
