8 bedroom full house package

We value the safety of our guests.

With your safety in mind, we have designed a special pandemic staycation option where you can book all eight bedrooms as a complete package. The main house is spread over ground floor and first floor with beautiful views of our sprawling 2.5-acre front and rear gardens farmland beyond.

The ground floor has a lounge and our breakfast dining section. The coastal apartment with its own living room 2 bedrooms with en-suite baths and a sunroom.  A coffee lounge, fully equipped kitchen, mud room, laundry room and indoor heated salt-water swimming pool. It includes an outdoor pool side patio, barbeque areas and children’s play zone and a firepit with lounge chairs to relax on chilly evenings.

The first floor has six elegant bedrooms, theme-based, with king, queen & double bed options. Each room is equipped with en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning, hair dryer and luxury bath amenities. Click on our rooms for more detail.

Sea clude apartment Package

The apartment located in our basement appropriately named Sea- clude has its own private entry from the rear garden, a casual living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a private dining alcove.

The apartment features two bedrooms and one bathroom. With a queen bed in one room, and twin beds in the other, the apartment sleeps up to 4 adults and is perfect for a family getaway. Amenities include laundry/utility area, satellite TV in living room, WiFi, air conditioning, hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave, cooking range, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

Coastal escape apartment package

The coastal apartment is currently part of the 8 bedroom full house package but may be available to book separately in off season. Check at the time of booking.

Nothing like a coastal holiday to rejuvenate your soul. This apartment’s chic design is reminiscent of a beach holiday, with casual and cozy upholstered furniture with rattan & woven beds with timeless appeal.

Create memories that will stay with you forever in this spacious two-bedroom apartment, conveniently located on main floor with beautiful views of our pool deck and rear lawns that open out to the sprawling farmland. The two bedrooms come with fully equipped en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a queen bed and the second room features twin beds. The apartment boasts a casual living room with a sleeper sofa, making this a perfect choice for a large family of six or a group of friends.

A beautiful sunroom with boho chic inspired floor seating serves as a multifunctional family play zone, meditation, yoga space is the highlight of this beautiful apartment. Amenities include a bar hutch that works as your coffee/ bar corner, satellite TV in the living room, WiFi, air conditioning, coffee machine, hair dryer, and a beautiful lapis study desk for the writer traveler.

Reservation Policies

Minimum stays:

To receive our Best Available Rate at any time of year, we recommend booking directly with us via our website, or over the phone.  While we typically require 3-night minimum stays during the “peak season” of May through September, or during local special events, we’ll occasionally make exceptions. Call us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your travel schedule!

Deposits

1-night stay – Full deposit took 72 hours prior to arrival

2 or more-night stay – 50% deposit taken 72 hours prior to arrival

Whole House Rental – 50% non-refundable deposit taken at time of booking including Whole House Rate + Taxes

Cancellations

Every reservation we receive is important and special to us.  We’re committed to making your stay with us memorable in every way and take great care in preparing for your arrival – from getting the room ready to creating a breakfast menu suited to your dietary needs.

If you book with us directly:

While we understand that life isn’t always predictable and that plans change, we do request that you contact us no less than

Season time (May to October): 15 days prior to your check-in date to notify us of any change in your schedule. At that time, your refundable deposit will be returned, less a $30 cancellation fee.

Off Season time (November to April): 3 days prior to your check-in date to notify us of any change in your schedule. At that time, your refundable deposit will be returned, less a $30 cancellation fee.

Any reservation updates and/or cancellations received less than above mentioned time prior to your check-in date will result in the loss of your deposit.

Arrival & Check-out Times

Check-in – We look forward to greeting you between 3 and 5 PM on the day of your arrival.

Check-out – 11 AM on the date of departure

If you are unable to arrive during our standard check-in time, please be sure to contact us ahead of time so that we can make other arrangements. During the months of May through October, we will do our best to accommodate early check-in/late departures; however, we may not always be able to do so.

Smoking

The Graham Inn home, pool area, patio and gardens are smoke-free.  Guests may use the private parking lot as the designated smoking area.  A $250 cleaning fee will be considered should a guest choose to smoke in non-smoking areas.

Children

We adore children and happily welcome kids of all ages! Our young guests love the outdoor play area, and the indoor pool.

 

Pets

We also adore all animals; however, we understand that many of our guests may have pet allergies.

Since the comfort of all our guests is important, we are unable to accommodate guests’ pets. Disability and emotional support pets are most welcome to contact us to book a room and check availability.

Parking

We offer convenient and ample private parking on our property.

Exclusivity

Rooms and house use are for registered guests of The Graham Inn only. For the comfort, convenience, respect of privacy, and to ensure a quiet, quality stay for all our guests, we ask that you do not bring in guests, friends, or family. We are happy to pre-arrange a tour of the common areas of the Inn with advance notice.
